Group therapy helps teens give and receive support while learning from each other and their therapist by discussing the issues they have in common. As a teen, in group you will connect with other teens who understand you and what you are going through! 


Friendship & Anti-Anxiety Group - High School Girls

Do you know you worry and try to stop, but can’t? Does your anxiety interfere with forming healthy relationships? Does your anxiety sometimes prevent you from trying new things?

Gain an understanding of your fears and worries, discover healthy ways to respond to your anxiety, and learn to manage anxiety in your friendships.

This is an ongoing weekly group. A group for 9th and 10th graders meets on Wednesdays from 7:00pm-8:15pm. A group for 11th and 12th graders meets on Thursdays from 7:00pm-8:15pm. It is $85 per session. An 8-week commitment is requested.


Girl Power: Self-Esteem Group: Middle School Girls

Do you sometimes feel insecure or have trouble making new friends? Do you want to learn how to accept and love yourself? Do you want to gain self-confidence?

Increase your self-esteem, feel comfortable expressing yourself, and create a positive self-image.

This is an ongoing weekly group for 6th - 8th graders. It meets on Mondays from 5:30-6:45pm. It is $85 per session. An 8-week commitment is requested.


Ready To Talk: Anxiety & Depression: Co-Ed Grades 9-12

Do you want a chance to open up to and be supported by peers who really get you? Are you interested in developing a deeper understanding of yourself? Would you like support in feeling better?

Develop skills to manage emotional ups and downs and receive support and speak openly in a judgment-free zone.

This is an ongoing weekly group. It meets on Sundays from 5:30pm-6:45pm. It is $85 per session. An 8-week commitment is requested.

Do you have a hard time making new friends? Do you compare yourself to others? Do you want to feel happier and more confident?

Develop skills to get along better with others, improve your self-esteem, and learn new ways to talk to and interact with your peers.

Boys to Men: Self-Confidence, Independence & Responsibility: High School Boys

Do you ever doubt yourself? Do you sometimes feel like everyone else is ten steps ahead? Is it hard to talk to your friends about what's going on?

Increase your self-confidence and believe in yourself, develop skills to better communicate what you are thinking and feelings, and learn how to help yourself and others.

Managing Mental Health as a Young Adult: Co-Ed Ages 18-22

Have you found it challenging to connect with peers since leaving high school? Is it difficult for you to feel motivated? Are you interested in learning new skills to help manage your mental health?

The transition to adulthood can be challenging. Come process these challenges with your peers in a judgement free zone!

This is an ongoing weekly group. It meets on Sundays from 4:00-5:15pm. It is $85 per session. An 8-week commitment is requested.


Adoption Support Group

Do you want to connect with others who have also been adopted? Are you interested in giving and receiving support from peers who understand? Do you want to strengthen your identity?

Feel understood, express yourself freely, and gain a sense of community.

This is an ongoing weekly group. It meets on Thursdays from 4:00-5:15pm. It is $85 per session. An 8-week commitment is requested.


Parents Support Group

Do you sometimes feel like you’re not a good parent? Do you wish you knew more about how to parent a teen? Would you like to learn skills and tools to better understand your teen?

Discover how to effectively communicate with your teen, learn how to establish and enforce appropriate boundaries and consequences, build a better relationship with your teen based on trust and mutual respect, receive support from other parents in similar situations, and know that you are not alone.

This is an ongoing weekly group for parents of teens. It meets on Mondays from 7:00pm-8:15pm.  It is $85 per session. An 8-week commitment is requested.
