MY APPROACH

I have been working and caring for families since I was a volunteer aide in my mother’s elementary school classroom at age 17. I like to balance treatment with the right ratio of support and challenge for each client, and often work with clients to more fully take the reins of their own healing journey. Each client has a unique life and issues, and treatment with me is very individualized, following from each client/family’s strengths and capacities.

I am forthcoming with feedback, and will ensure the utmost clinical quality for each client I work with. Sometimes this entails hard conversations about the limits of therapy/development, but I take pride in being able to co-create sustainable ways to grow and change with my clients/families, in spite of how hard circumstances can feel.
