Is your teen struggling with the transition to distance learning?

Are you noticing your teen experiencing increased anxiety as a result of the shelter-in place?

As a parent, are you having difficulties setting and maintaining structure within your home?

Our In-Home Team can help!

Teen and Family Coaching is an intensive service that focuses on reducing unmanageable behaviors that are currently impacting the teen’s functioning at home, school or in the community. Coaches work with the teen and family to develop and implement alternative behaviors, develop coping skills and coach parents to help maintain the teen's long-term success.  Historically, this service was provided in the home or community but our therapists are now providing this much needed service in a fully virtual capacity.

Our team of Coaches are well-versed in developing individualized support plans and can assist by...

•           Helping teens and families establish routines and structure in the home.

•           Facilitating the transition to the new school year and online/distance learning.

•           Developing self-regulation coping strategies and strengthening executive functioning.

•           Coaching parents on how to effectively implement interventions and plans in the home.

•           Providing continuity of care if a teen is transitioning home from a higher level of care.

•           Providing individualized and flexible support in navigating through this time of uncertainty.
